The GFEBS Online Help Desk Website is a key component of the GFEBS Training and Performance Support strategy; an electronic medium that offers users on-the-job assistance as they work with the GFEBS application. The Online Help Website includes the following types of information:documentation of business processes and workflows; documentation of user roles; step-by-step tutorials and instructions to perform system transactions; and a glossary of terms.

The Online Help Website provides end-user procedures that cover the core activities and tasks performed in GFEBS. The site is easily accessible to end-users and provides a one-stop-shop for all types of GFEBS related training and performance support documentation; and is searchable and indexed for easy access to content.

ASMC Packages “Goodies”

On 6 Aug 08 chapter members met in the Garrison Conference Room to “build” care packages for our adopted unit. A pizza luncheon was provided and members came prepared with their own special recipes and goodies ready to send to Iraq.

I think it’s safe to say that everyone had fun preparing the boxes for shipment. Actually, we may have a few basketball stars in our midst as you can see from the jump shots shown below. Our chapter will continue to provide support throughout their deployment cycle with boxes loaded with goodies.

We all owe Roxy & Co. a big hand for organizing the shipments and taking the “Adopt-A-Unit” program personally.
